If you are or were a Thriveworks patient in the United States who accessed their patient portal from April 25, 2023, through September 5, 2025, then you may be a Settlement Class Member. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) any Judge or Magistrate presiding over this Action and members of their families; (2) the Defendants, their subsidiaries, parent companies, successors, predecessors, and any entity in which the Defendants or their parents have a controlling interest and their current or former officers, directors, agents, and attorneys; (3) persons who properly execute and file a timely request for exclusion from the class; and (4) the legal representatives, successors or assigns of any such excluded persons.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a cash payment then you must submit a Claim Form by July 21, 2026.
Defendants have agreed to pay up to $1,900,000.00 in Settlement costs, which include cash payments to Settlement Class Members who submit valid claims, the cost to administer the Settlement, the cost to inform people about the Settlement, Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees, and awards to the Class Representatives (the Aggregate Cap).
If you are member of the Settlement Class, you may be entitled to receive a cash payment, which Class Counsel estimates will be $10.00. You are only entitled to the cash payment if you provide proof of a Google or LinkedIn account, such as your Google or LinkedIn account profile.
To start your online claim, you must login with your Login ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN at the top of your notice. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@ThriveworksPrivacySettlement.com. Please request your ID & PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online by July 21, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than July 21, 2026.
